TUNA & EGG SLICES

500 g ready rolled Puff Pastry
1 can Tuna in water, drained
175 g Philadelphia Cheese
1 little Onion, grated
300 g Mozzarella Cheese, small chunks
1/2 Lemon
2 boiled Eggs, chopped
handfull chives, chopped
Season with Pepper

Heat oven to 200 C/. Put the pastry on baking sheet.

Mix tuna with Philadelphia cheese and chives and spread the filling onto the puff pastry slices.
Place onion and eggs on the tuna filling. Season with black pepper and squeeze fresh lemon juice onto the filling.

Finally add the mozzarella chunks on the top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes in oven.
