Have had a minor PHS (Post Holiday Syndrom) together with BB (Baby Blues).
New Years Resolution 2013
Run a Marathon (preferably New York :)
So now I am out and running almost every day.
Sometimes also alcohol helps so you will find my updated mulled wine recipe below.
But only sometimes ;)
1 bottle of red wine
1,5 dl vodka
2 cinnamon sticks
10 whole cloves
12 cardamom seeds
peel of 1 orange
10 tsp sugar
10 tsp sugar
almonds&raisins
One of my good friend's mother makes Glogg every year around Christmas and she always brings some back - the stuff is great! Now I can make some at home =)

ReplyDeleteI wish to run a marathon in NY too... all I can do is wish only :p I really my friend who is running a half marathon in Paris in Mar. Wish that I can join her... *sign* I think I'm getting PHS too.
Half marathon in Paris would be lovely. Paris is so beautiful in spring...
